Payment and seat confirmation
Submitting interest does not reserve a seat. A seat is confirmed only after RootNode accepts the enrollment and any required payment clears through hosted checkout or an approved invoice workflow.
Attendance and conduct
Participants must follow instructor, venue, safety, equipment, acceptable-use, and respectful-conduct requirements. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal subject to the policy disclosed at enrollment.
Materials and equipment
Each offer states included, reusable, take-home, and learner-provided items. Purchasers are responsible for disclosed loss or damage rules and supported-device requirements.
Program changes
RootNode may make reasonable instructor, activity, sequence, or location adjustments. Material schedule, venue, or program changes will be communicated with the remedies stated in the offer and refund policy.
Medical and emergency information
When required for in-person youth participation, minimum necessary information will be collected after acceptance through a restricted process, not the public marketing form.
