Requirements belong to the offering, not an age tier.

Device, browser, internet, kit, workspace, and safety needs vary by course family and delivery mode.

Robotics and electronics

An in-person offer may include reusable program hardware. Remote or take-home offers must identify approved kits, tools, workspace, supervision, and replacement responsibilities.

Systems learning

A modern computer, keyboard-first workflow, reliable internet, and supported browser may be required. Some Labs may run remotely through the Academy portal.

Live online

Camera, microphone, screen sharing, bandwidth, and local device permissions will be identified per offering.

Before checkout

Every paid offer must state what RootNode provides, what the learner provides, supported devices, required accounts, and any take-home materials.
