Before attendance
Collect only the necessary emergency, allergy, medical, accessibility, and pickup information through a restricted post-acceptance process.
During programs
Use age- and readiness-appropriate tools, controlled access to technical systems, clear conduct rules, attendance checks, and documented incident escalation.
Digital safety
The public website does not provide learner accounts. Academy and Lab access must use authenticated roles, isolated environments, acceptable-use rules, and appropriate monitoring.
