How we use it
Respond to inquiries, recommend a starting point, manage applications, send requested updates, prevent abuse, improve the website, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Service providers
Admissions information may be processed through ClickUp for CRM workflow, Resend and Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Infisical for secrets management, and Matomo for privacy-conscious analytics. Analytics must not receive names, emails, child data, or free-text form responses.
Children and guardians
The public interest form is intended for guardians, adult learners, and appropriately supported teen inquiries. Do not submit medical, allergy, emergency, school-record, or other sensitive child information through the marketing form.
Retention and access
RootNode keeps admissions records only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, enrollment operations, legal obligations, and documented retention rules. Role-based access should limit who can view them.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible admissions information, or stop nonessential updates, by emailing admissions@rootnodeacademy.com. Required transaction or legal records may be retained.
