Media permission is separate and optional.

Participation or enrollment should not require agreement to public marketing use of a learner’s image, voice, name, or work unless a specific essential use is clearly explained.

RootNode will request photo or media permission separately from general participation terms and identify intended uses.

Youth consent

A parent or legal guardian must authorize applicable public use involving a minor. Learner assent should also be respected when appropriate.

No fabricated proof

Testimonials, project artifacts, names, and outcomes will not be published without verified permission and accurate context.

Withdrawal

Contact admissions@rootnodeacademy.com to withdraw future use where feasible. Withdrawal may not reverse materials already lawfully published or distributed.
